Syrèa utilizes a client-centered approach, walking alongside clients who are healing and providing a safe space for them to explore themselves and implement positive changes. She enjoys working with individuals (17 and up). She specializes in anxiety, depression, major life transitions, trauma, sexual orientation and gender exploration, minority issues, and the LGBTQIAA+ community to help build resilience, confidence, and promote healing.
Syrèa prioritizes creating a non-judgmental space—one where you feel comfortable. She will collaborate with you to create goals that incorporate mindfulness, CBT, attachment theory, and other approaches to support your growth.
