- Scheduling through our online portal will give you access to your clinician’s schedule as well as your intake paperwork. Prior to your first session, please complete the forms that are available to you within your portal.
- Please email your clinician a front and back photo of your insurance card before your initial appointment. Find contact info for your clinician.
- If you are unfamiliar with your insurance benefit, call the number on your insurance card to inquire about mental health coverage. We will collect your copay or deductible at the time of your session.
- We pride ourselves in starting and ending our sessions on time. Please call or email your clinician if you are running late.
If your appointment is in-person, please note that we do not have a receptionist. Have a seat in our waiting room and the therapist will be out to greet you at the time of your appointment.
If you are participating in a Telehealth session, your therapist will email you a Zoom link in order to connect at the time of your session.
