Stress from family responsibilities, relationships, or career demands can become overwhelming. Over time, chronic stress and anxiety can affect your sleep, emotional and physical health, confidence, and relationships, often leading to burnout and emotional exhaustion.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I provide a compassionate and direct approach to help you restore energy, set healthy personal and professional boundaries, manage anxiety, and build self-confidence. I value creating a trusting therapeutic relationship so we can better understand your thought patterns and work through challenges together.
I counsel adult clients with:
- Anxiety and chronic stress
- Emotional exhaustion and burnout
- Boundary setting and communication
- Sleep disorders
- Relationship challenges and divorce
- Disordered eating, including binge and restrictive patterns
- Depression, hormonal changes, and chronic pain
I draw from neuroscience-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients shift unhelpful thought and behavioral patterns. I use Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, and Parts Work to strengthen emotional regulation, increase clarity, and support lasting change.
I offer online telehealth sessions for clients throughout Ohio, and in-person sessions are available in the Gahanna/Columbus area. Schedule an assessment to get started.
