Noelle Rowe
MSW, LISW-S
Hi, I’m Noelle, a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervision Designation (LISW-S). I am passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from Syracuse University and my Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. My experience in both community mental health and school settings has given me the opportunity to work with individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, school-related challenges, life transitions, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. I also enjoy supporting families as they strengthen communication, improve relationships, and navigate difficult transitions together.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself and feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I view each client as the expert in their own life and work collaboratively to build on existing strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT, Family Systems Therapy, mindfulness practices, play therapy techniques, and expressive art activities. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and lasting growth.
I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients through difficult moments, celebrate their successes, and support them as they create the life they want to live.
