Morgan Morrison
MSW, LISW
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges without fear of judgment. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you identify meaningful goals, and support you as you create positive changes in your life.
I work with children ages 6 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and other challenges that can leave people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps.
I am especially passionate about helping people through periods of transition. Whether you’re starting a new career, entering or ending a relationship, adjusting to an empty nest, coping with grief and loss, exploring your sexuality or gender identity, or navigating another major life change, I strive to provide guidance, support, and practical tools to help you move forward with confidence. I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and those exploring identity, relationships, and personal growth.
I work with individuals, families, and couples, including those in monogamous and ethically non-monogamous relationships. I believe every person’s journey is unique, and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs, goals, and experiences.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I often help clients identify small, measurable steps that create meaningful progress over time. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems concepts, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to support growth, healing, and resilience.
Above all, I strive to create an environment where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make changes that align with the life you want to live.
You may also be greeted by my dogs, Ford and Rowan, who frequently join me in sessions. Their calm and friendly presence can help create an even more comfortable and welcoming therapy environment.
