I believe therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, gain perspective, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a major life change, or simply tired of carrying so much on your own, I’m here to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I work primarily with adults who are experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and patterns such as people-pleasing or overthinking. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling mentally exhausted from trying to keep everything together while putting everyone else’s needs before their own.
My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you manage anxiety, communicate more effectively, establish healthier boundaries, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
I also incorporate mindfulness and self-awareness practices to help clients slow down, become more present, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves. I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
I earned my Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and have been in private practice since 1996. Throughout my career, I’ve also worked in community mental health, therapeutic foster care, and higher education, including teaching social work courses through Ohio University regional campuses.
I provide telehealth counseling for adults throughout Ohio, making it easier to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater balance, resilience, and lasting personal growth.
