Danielle Ruben, LISW-S, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation and over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Danielle has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings. She specializes in supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, work-life balance, and stress management.
Her approach integrates solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing with an emphasis on building resilience and empowering clients to achieve long-term well-being.
Danielle works with individuals ages 10 and up and believes in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. She partners with each client to identify their goals and develop practical strategies for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Her strength-based, collaborative style reflects a deep commitment to helping people move forward in ways that align with their unique values and needs.
