Healing looks different for everyone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, relationship challenges, or a difficult life transition, therapy can provide the support and tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
I work with adolescents ages 15 and older and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and other life stressors. My goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative environment where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, developing new coping skills, and working toward meaningful change.
I have a special interest in helping clients heal from traumatic experiences and understand how those experiences continue to affect their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily lives. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you while building practical skills to support lasting growth.
My approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs and draws from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), andDBT-informed interventions. I believe therapy should be both supportive and empowering, helping you build on your strengths while creating new ways to navigate life’s challenges.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. My professional experience includes crisis intervention, outpatient mental health, and working with individuals across a variety of settings, giving me the opportunity to support clients with a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning after time away, I look forward to partnering with you as you work toward healing, greater self-understanding, and a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
