Connor Moore
MSW, LISW
I believe meaningful therapy starts with feeling understood, accepted, and comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a warm, relaxed, and collaborative environment where you can explore challenges openly and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, stress, and life transitions, including college adjustments, relationship changes, divorce, career shifts, and other major life events. I especially enjoy working with people who tend to overthink—those who are highly self-aware, constantly analyzing situations, and often caught in cycles of worry, perfectionism, or self-doubt.
My approach focuses on self-exploration, identity, and personal growth. Together, we will work toward a deeper understanding of yourself, greater emotional flexibility, and building a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling. I believe that healing is not about becoming a different person, but about learning how to respond to yourself and your experiences with greater compassion and confidence.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Values-based work and self-compassion are central to my approach, helping clients move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward creating the life they want to live.
My professional background includes supportive housing, psychiatric assessment, and outpatient therapy, providing me with experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to better understand yourself and create lasting change, I would be honored to support you. Feeling good is good enough, and I’d love to help you get there.
