Change can be difficult, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you better understand yourself while developing the skills to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

I enjoy working with adolescents ages 12 and older, adults, and families, recognizing that every person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. My approach is centered on helping clients feel understood while learning practical strategies they can apply in everyday life. I believe lasting change happens when insight is paired with skills that make a real difference outside of the therapy office.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients strengthen emotional regulation, improve coping skills, navigate relationships, and build resilience through life’s ups and downs. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about discovering what works best for you and creating meaningful progress one step at a time.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and my Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from the University of Pittsburgh. My professional experience includes both outpatient and residential treatment, where I supported individuals navigating mental health concerns and substance use disorders.

I provide both in-person counseling at our Gahanna office, serving clients throughout the Columbus area, and telehealth appointments for clients across Ohio. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’re returning after time away, I hope you’ll find our work together to be supportive, encouraging, and focused on helping you create positive, lasting change.
