First Appointment
We look forward to partnering with you on your therapeutic journey. To ensure a smooth intake process, please review the scheduling details below:
- Online Client Portal: Scheduling through our secure online portal gives you direct access to your clinician's real-time schedule and digital intake paperwork. Prior to your first session, please log in and complete all forms in your portal.
- Insurance Verification: If you plan to use insurance, we strongly recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card prior to your visit to verify your outpatient mental health benefits. Any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles will be collected at the start of each session.
- Punctuality: We respect your time and pride ourselves on starting and ending sessions promptly. If you are running late, please call or email your clinician directly to coordinate.
If your appointment is in-person, please note that we do not have a receptionist. Have a seat in our waiting room and the therapist will be out to greet you at the time of your appointment.
If you are participating in a Telehealth session, your therapist will email you a Zoom link in order to connect at the time of your session.
