Prior to your first session, please complete the forms that are available to you within your portal.<\/li>\n<li>Please <a href=\"\/contact\/\">email your clinician<\/a> a front and back photo of your insurance card before your initial appointment.\u00a0 <a href=\"\/contact\/\">Find contact info for your clinician<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you are unfamiliar with your insurance benefit, call the number on your insurance card to inquire about mental health coverage. We will collect your copay or deductible at the time of your session.<\/li>\n<li>We pride ourselves in starting and ending our sessions on time.
